Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within the first 10 minutes of placing it. Orders canceled within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund in the original payment method. To cancel, please contact us at +353 1 677 0000.

Incorrect Order Policy

In the event that you receive an order that is incorrect or incomplete, please notify us immediately upon discovery. If applicable, we will either refund you the purchase price of the incorrect item or send you the correct item at no additional charge. The issue must be reported within 2 hours of the order delivery time.

Quality Concerns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the food you receive, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Provide a detailed explanation of your concerns, along with any relevant photographic evidence. Based on our assessment, we may offer a full or partial refund, or a discount on a future purchase.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If for any reason it is not possible to process a refund to the original payment method, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order has been canceled within the allotted cancellation time, or the entire order has failed to be delivered. Custom orders or special requests that have been confirmed by the customer are not eligible for refunds unless the product is incorrect or has a quality issue.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
